If these are the same guys I'm thinking of, their version of "Midnight To Six Man" was a pretty big on the U.S. Charts, very early 80's. I was looking up Ronnie Hawkins videos (he was formerly in "The Band," as in U.S./Canadian outfit, which backed up Dylan, early on), saw the Pretty Things version, which is probably the original of Midnight to Six Man. The guitar player here reminds me of Knopfler, in appearance. I think Inmates sound very good here, especially for a raw recording. Impressive.

I played keyboards for Bill's band the Enforcers, what a singer he is! Pity he's not in a good shape at the moment.
