America should send the bas ass tattoed american gansters to this prison, they would be eaten alive ! In Peru many prisoners walk this their intestines outside of their bodies, holding them with their hands and in plastic bags...True !

The Peruvian prisoners were the first to cave a tunnel from the prison to an outside house the tunnel was full equipped with electricity ,air conditioning,water... National geographic should make a full documentary about this an other prison in Peru...it's incredible

just now i saw the full video on the tv n im peruvian and i been 2 prison to visit my fatherlast year,he's been there 9 years i live in new york since i was 6 now im 19 n what i saw today made me cried,my father is there also...i had no idea it was a war zone,but i cant do nothing about it cuz peruvian senators n the president dont give a f*** about their own ppl.they only care about stealing money,money from the poor ppl,,i hope my dad its ok right now

I have an idea, put one guard in charge of 100 inmates. Then make the rule that if you kill him or do not follow his orders all 100 inmates will be killed on the spot. See if that puts their little asses in line.

Back in 1979-80 I lived in Chiapas Mexico teaching English. There was this guy sent down there from the federal government in Mexico City to see who was skimming the profit from the exported rice shipments. He got a little to close and ended up in prison. It was like he fell off the edge of the world. They don't feed, clothe, or provide you with any medical treatment in prisons down there. If you don't have monetary resources out side the walls, you starve or become every body's "girl friend".
